Process your transactions and send related information (e.g., invoices).
Send you technical notices, updates, and security alerts.
Provide customer support.

3. Data Security & Storage

Your data is stored securely in industry-standard databases (Neon PostgreSQL). We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. We do not sell your personal or business data to third parties.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

AgroERP provides a 2-day free trial to allow users to fully evaluate the software before purchasing. Because of this evaluation period, all subscription payments (Monthly or Annual) are final and non-refundable.

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Your access to the software will remain active until the end of your current paid billing cycle. No prorated refunds are provided for partial months of service.
